With 20+ years of physician recruitment, and marketing experience and is a subject matter expert in the field. He regularly consults with community hospitals, large healthcare systems, and physician groups to create successful recruitment strategies and campaigns. He is a past member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters, MGMA, National Physician Recruiters Association and NCHCR. His background includes a Director, Corporate Medical Staff Development for a large, publicly traded healthcare system and leadership roles that span decades in Corporate, Regional and Community and Agency recruitment. He regularly consults for Academic medical centers. His ability to establish relationships with healthcare professionals instills confidence and trust and is a key to developing long-term relationships.
Our associates are healthcare executive who have experience in recruitment and healthcare operations and they have placed hundreds of physicians throughout the United States. While we recruit primarily in Dermatology, EM, Family Medicine, Neurology, and Neurosurgery. We will recruit other specialties as requested. Our group has a long-standing history of recruitment in Psychiatry and related subspecialties. We are in regular contact with many of the residency and fellowship programs in the US.

Skilled to assess talent while maintaining a dedicated focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience. Leverages effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster employee development and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
